How Enterprise is priced
Three components — same model as Redis Enterprise: anchor annual base, scale by seats, extend with modular add-ons.
1. Platform base (annual)
SLA, dedicated support channel, SSO/SAML, advanced RBAC, audit logs, DPA, EU data residency, assisted onboarding, elevated limits, custom memory retention.

2. Seats
Base includes N seats; additional seats billed per user/month (or annual). Easier to approve internally than usage-based requests alone.
